Fajã do Calhau Rolado

Fajã do Calhau Rolado is a cliff situated near Rosais on São Jorge Island in the Azores, Portugal.

The cliff is visited frequently, by tourists, in the summer. It is particularly busy in September, at the time of harvest. Yam is a widespread crop, though they are grown on dry land due to the lack of water. In the past, pigs were slaughtered. A festival is held in June.
